Kraft Employment Law Group PLLC

Leveraging Relationships into Success NY Metro Super Lawyer (Employment Law)

I am delighted to announce the opening of my boutique law firm, Kraft Employment Law Group PLLC. After a career that has taken me from the practice of labor and employment law to the bench—and back again—I have arrived at a place that feels both natural and long in the making—independent practice, on my own terms, in the specialty I know best. Kraft Employment Law Group PLLC represents businesses and the professions across the full spectrum of labor and employment law—employment discrimination and harassment defense, wage and hour compliance, audits, traditional labor relations, OSHA and workplace safety, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, restructuring and reductions in force, employment contracts and policy counseling.  That breadth is not accidental.  It reflects a career spent immersed in virtually every dimension of the field, as both practitioner and jurist, and a genuine conviction that clients are best served by a lawyer who understands how all of it fits together. Having expensive experience in litigation in both the federal and state courts as well as administrative tribunals, I am fully equipped to tackle complex lawsuits.

My commitment is to deliver experienced, thoughtful, and cost-sensitive counsel and litigation defense-the kind of representation that respects both the complexity of the law and the real-world pressures of running a business or professional practice. Beyond the practice, this chapter also opens time for pursuits that matter deeply to me.  It affords me the opportunity to work with my Yale Law School classmates on initiatives including the development of a meaningful mentorship program for the next generation of lawyers and advancing rule of law initiatives that reflect the values of our legal education. I look forward to working with you.
